The theme was Horse!

The limitation was one-handed controls. As such, the only button you need to play the game is space bar.

Use Horse Bucks to buy food for your marbleous horse and watch it race against other horses.

The game was made with Godot.

I used the PhantomCamera Addon for camera controls:
